We ship all our jewelry in heat-sealed bags. Before you open the bag, make sure the jewelry isn’t damaged, is the correct size (allow +/- .5 millimeter because our pieces are hand carved) and is what you want. Due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened. No exceptions.
We guarantee all our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and will replace any item as such. Contact us within 14 days to guarantee a full exchange. We do not replace damaged/broken jewelry after being worn. We do not give refunds for defects, only exchanges or store credit.
Refunds will be given if their was a mistake with your order (Ex: An item was oversold) or you have to canceled your order before it was shipped. We do not refund the shipping and handling costs once an order has been shipped. If the jewelry you’re exchanging for is less than the price of your original jewelry, we’ll credit your account the difference. You are responsible for paying for sending your jewelry back unless otherwise arranged. All Mystery Bags and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

After the order’s return period of 14 days, you have up to 6 months to send back any broken/damaged jewelry for same item exchange only. We will only give store credit if we no longer have that design in stock.
